Special Announcements

New Meeting Location and Schedule

To help save the community funds, the Board of Directors have voted to hold all community meetings at the gazebo in the green belt, located in the center of the community. This will save the community almost $80 dollars a month, which ww were spending to rent the space for our meetings.

The Board of Directors also voted to change the schedule for General Meetings to bi-monthly. The Board will still hold executive meetings each month, which are closed meetings. If you need to speak with the Board at one of these meetings please contact Dawn Fowler, our community manager.

Virtual Lot File

City Property Management is proud to unveil a new service they are offering the community. You can now view your lot file online for free.

Please note, your virtual lot file will include all documentation from City Property Management only at this time. This is a new service and they are working on scanning in all documents from past management companies for the community. These is no estimate on when this will be completed at this time.

To gain access to your virtual lot file, please contact Dawn Fowler at the management company for your pass code at (602) 437-4777 (ext. 104).

SRP Construction

The community has recieved a letter from SRP that future construction will be taking place in our community. This project is important becuase it will enable SRP to continue to provide safe and reliable power to our neighborhood.

Construction should start in about 2 to 3 months from now. In the upcoming weeks you may see crews beginning all the necessary preliminary work in preparation for the upcoming construction. This includes surveying and blue-staking or designating with paint all existing utilities and flag markers.

On-Street Parking

There has been an increase of on-street parking in your community. Your Board of Directors have contracted City Property Management to do weekly inspections of compliance of the CC&R’s with photo documentation. Your community manager will be going thru the community during the day and once a month at night. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

The Board of directors are asking for volunteers from the community to help paint the outer walls of the community. The city is supplying paint so we will be able to paint all the outer walls the same color. This will make repainting over any new graffiti much easier and all the paint will match. This will eliminate the multiple colors we have now from past graffiti.

If you are interested in helping repaint the walls please fill out the form and Lisa will be in contact with you.
